Located at almost 35 km from the Capital oF Pakistan.Famous for its remains of gandhara art.Several old cities like stupa have been found near it and had historical impact.This museum was built in 1918 by lord chemsford. Taxila Museum has one of the most significant and comprehensive collections of stone Buddhist sculpture from the first to the seventh centuries in Pakistan (known as GANDHARA ART)
